Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to employees and resolve hardware and software issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot company IT hardware, including computers, printers, and network devices.
  • Ensure that all incidents and service requests are logged, assigned, and resolved efficiently.
  • Install and configure software applications and operating systems as required.
  • Collaborate with network administrators to ensure optimal performance and security of the network.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on best practices and the effective use of technology.
  • Document technical issues and solutions for future reference and for use by other team members.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a help desk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software applications, and networking infrastructure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
