Job Description
- Engage with senior stakeholders to address HR and administration-related matters prioritizing efficient and accurate service delivery.
- Support staff recruitment and onboarding in conjunction with Human Resources.
- Validate proper approvals and verify documents versus requests.
- Onboard vendors to comply with policies and procedures.
- Evaluate vendors' and consultants' proposals for contract management.
- Conduct training sessions and surveys for employees.
- Allocate duties to service staff (drivers, couriers, office boys, and cleaners).
- Maintain office premises and equipment.
- Handle transportation services for UI employees.
- Manage staff’s complementary insurance affairs.
- Handle daily affairs with other organizations.
- Report petty cash transactions to the finance department.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, or related Business degrees from an accredited university or college.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English.
- Iran labor law knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as a collaborative team player.
- Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal communication and consistently professionally deliver high-quality customer service.
- Demonstrated effectiveness in prioritizing between tasks with different deadlines and complexity.
- Ability to work professionally and proactively with a remote client base is a plus.
- Attention to compliance and legal requirements.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
