Job Description

Your mission in Zarrin Roya is to perform the personnel matters in line with relevant instructions and support the personnel needs for advancing the administrative goals of the human resources department.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To prepare and present the required reports and documents to the relevant manager.
  • To perform the required follow-ups to extend the colleagues' contracts.
  • To issue the requested introduction letters of colleagues and follow up on their approval.
  • To prepare the human resources notices to announce current decisions and plans.
  • To register the information and personnel actions and make the changes in the SAP system.
  • To collect the additional insurance documents, and civil liability and make the necessary correspondence and coordination with the insurance agency.
  • To perform the processes of preparing the internal settlement of colleagues for delivery to the payroll department to calculate the settlement and receive the final settlement receipt.
  • To report to the direct manager periodically or on a case-by-case basis (according to the project).

Requirements

  • Strong labor code and social security knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Strong accountability.
  • Outcome-oriented.
  • Team making (teamwork).
