Job Description
The objective of the role:
- Follow up and conduct matters related to employees, including work and attendance, benefits, insurance, and other personnel services.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out matters related to the formation of personnel files, rulings and contracts, and administrative letters.
- Carrying out matters related to the registration of colleagues and their follow-up in the social security system and matters related to supplementary insurance.
- Carrying out matters related to the presence and absence of colleagues.
- Carrying out matters related to welfare benefits for colleagues, doing things related to tenders, including providing reports and personnel documents to businesses.
- Controlling human resources data, auditing and fixing defects, and updating information.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of how to write all kinds of administrative letters.
- Knowledge of laws and regulations approved by the Ministry of Labor.
- Knowledge of the principles of income tax calculation and legal deductions and knowledge of the relevant new circulars.
- Familiarity with job evaluation and grading models.
- Knowledge of human resources processes.
- Knowledge of the principles and basics of labor law and social security.
- Knowledge of HRM.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering
Work Experience:
- 2 years of experience in human resources and administration.
