  • Developing a strategic plan for human resources.
  • Planning, providing, and identifying the human resource requirements of different units of the organization.
  • Establishing and monitoring the optimal implementation of processes and procedures for maintaining and maintaining human resources through service and welfare compensation policies.
  • Identifying and nurturing potential human talents through succession planning and career management.
  • Directing education and development activities through the formulation of an educational system and knowledge management.

  • Designing and implementing the service compensation system through the formulation and monitoring of regulations related to the rating basis.

Requirements:
