Job Description:

  • Conduct a specialized recruitment process to hire qualified candidates.
  • Conduct personnel administration including contract preparation, monthly performance, welfare affairs, and personnel retention.
  • Conduct employee performance management and appraisal process.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HR documents.
  • Implement employee training and attendance programs.
  • Handle employee inquiries and guide company policies.
  • Coordinate administrative activities and administrative tasks.
  • Assist the Group HR Manager in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, or related fields.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
