We are looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Specialist to focus on identifying, recruiting, and headhunting top global talent. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in hiring talent from outside Iran, as well as experience in recruiting talent within Iran.
Special incentives are offered for individuals who successfully recruit impactful and key talent for the team.
Note: We are only seeking candidates who have experience in recruiting talent from outside Iran, alongside experience in talent acquisition within Iran, and whose primary expertise is in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
Global Talent Sourcing:
Develop and implement strategies to identify and attract high-quality talent from various countries.
Utilize international job boards, professional networks, social media, and headhunting techniques to source candidates.
Build and maintain a database of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
Headhunting:
Identify and approach passive candidates for specific or high-demand roles.
Establish relationships with industry professionals worldwide.
Maintain long-term relationships with potential candidates to meet future needs.
Recruitment Process Management:
Collaborate with managers to understand job requirements and create detailed job descriptions.
Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Market Research and Strategy:
Stay updated on global recruitment trends, labor markets, and competitive salaries.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve recruitment strategies and attract top talent.
Employer Branding:
Promote Abdi Design as an employer of choice on global platforms.
Create engaging job advertisements and develop recruitment campaigns to enhance visibility.
Represent the company at international job fairs, networking events, and recruitment sessions.
Onboarding and Retention Support:
Assist in designing a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
Work closely with management to develop strategies for retaining international employees.
Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant labor laws and immigration policies in target countries.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate documentation.
Requirements:
Experience:
Extensive experience in identifying and recruiting talent from outside Iran and globally.
Proven track record in global talent acquisition, headhunting, and international recruitment.
Successful experience in hiring talent from various geographical regions.
Skills:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders from diverse cultures.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
Proficiency in recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of global recruitment trends and challenges.
Familiarity with labor laws, visa processes, and international hiring practices.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Soft Skills:
Creative and proactive approach to talent acquisition and headhunting strategies.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in recruiting for the automotive, design, or manufacturing industries.
Multilingual skills to communicate with candidates from different regions.
Certifications in talent acquisition or human resources (e.g., LinkedIn Talent Solutions, SHRM).
