Job Description

  • Carrying out matters related to recruiting and hiring, from needs assessment and planning to setting up the contract.
  • Ensuring compliance with the company's human resources regulations and participating in their continuous improvement.
  • Doing work-related matters through the company's human resources system.
  • Participating in matters related to performance management systems, suggestion systems, and job satisfaction measurement.
  • Doing things related to employee training.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Management (with priority in Human Resources Management).
  • At least two years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in general computer skills (ICDL) and Microsoft Office.
  • High communication ability.
  • Follow-up spirit.
  • Work discipline and commitment.
