We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR expert to join our dynamic team. As an HR expert, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our employer brand, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, and implementing effective performance management strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategies to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.
Implement and maintain effective performance management systems and processes to drive employee engagement and productivity.
This position is open to both full-time and part-time candidates.
Requirements
Knowledge of performance management concepts, theories, best practices, and tools.
Knowledge of employee experience management and lifecycle.
Knowledge of employer branding concepts, theories, and best practices.
Proficient in the execution of HR administration.
Familiar with labor laws.
Familiar with HRIS.
Experience in content creation and social media is considered an advantage.
Analytical and data-driven skills are considered an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
