Job Description

  • Provide professional operational support on a wide range of HR processes.
  • Address operational issues in the C&B function and follow through to resolution in an effective and timely manner.
  • Determine applicants’ qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing applicant qualifications to job requirements.
  • Conduct different interview methods such as behavioral, group, and panel interviews.
  • Conduct assessment centers and be aware of various psychological tests required for recruitment.
  • Prepare documentation for the recruitment process and other HR guidelines.
  • Assess and develop the organization’s pay structure.
  • Prepare monthly and annual HR and budget reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience as a recruitment specialist (preferred to be familiar with the pharmaceutical industry).
  • Highly focused, proactive, results-orientated, and self-driven in a remote working occasion.
  • Excellent interpersonal savvy and networking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
