Compensation and Benefits: Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, motivate, and retain employees. Ensure compliance with legal requirements and industry standards.
Employee Relations: Handle employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions by company policies and applicable laws.
HR Metrics and Reporting: Track HR metrics and analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws, regulations, and best practices, minimizing legal risks to the organization.
Requirements
A Master's degree, or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) are preferred.
At least 10 years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 5 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
Expert knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.
Strong understanding of compensation and benefits strategies and administration.
Familiarity with recruitment techniques, including online sourcing and social media platforms.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
Uphold high ethical standards and maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive HR information.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve HR and organizational objectives.
