Job Description

  • Analyze and modify compensation and profit policies to create competitive programs in accordance with legal requirements.
  • Hire and recruit staff, interviewing and selecting applicants.
  • Plan, guide, supervise and coordinate work of subordinates and employees related to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, or coordinate employee activities, training, or working relationships of an organization.
  • Analyze data and statistical reports to identify and identify the causes of personnel problems and provide recommendations for improving the policies and practices of the staff of the organization.
  • Prepare and track the budget for personnel operations. Maintaining records and collecting statistical reports related to personnel data such as recruitment, transfer, performance evaluation, and absenteeism.
  • Study rules, arbitration decisions, and collective collection contracts to evaluate industry trends.
  • Identify measures or system performance indicators and measures required to improve or modify performance relative to system objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives.
  • Lead the organization’s HR departments: including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems (HRIS), and financial planning of the department.
  • Contribute to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning.
  • Develop company well-being, health, and counseling policies.
  • Lead the analysis of employee feedback and data, to create a better working environment and engaged culture.
  • Create and manage the HR department’s annual budget.
  • Conduct wage surveys within the local market to determine the competitive wage rate
  • Take oversight of the company’s culture.
  • Report directly to the CEO and be accountable for the performance of the HR function and the departments within it, as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
  • At least 5 years of related work experience.
  • Familiar with human resources software.
  • Familiar with the principles and methods of recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, staff relations and negotiations, and personnel information systems.
  • Familiar with labor laws.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ideal age range: 35 to 45 years old.
