Job Description

  • Data analysis.
  • Design and implement personnel retention programs to improve employee motivation, commitment, and belonging.
  • Review employee performance, provide feedback, and suggest process improvements.
  • Collaborate in developing incentive plans and increasing employee efficiency and performance.

Requirements:

  • Five years of work experience in a similar job group (chain cafes and restaurants are considered an advantage).
  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Management, Engineering, or other related fields.
  • Willing to learn and develop personally.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Experience in human resources management.
  • Proficient in payroll and labor law.
