IT Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all technology operations (infrastructure, business application, and data analytics) and evaluate them according to established goals.
• Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by the Group IT Director.
• Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
• Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to upper management.
• Coordinate and supervise IT experts, technicians, and other professionals to provide guidance and direction.
• Manage IT budget and track the expenditure to efficiently implement the maintenance and development of IT infrastructure and business solutions.
• Manage IT suppliers and ensure the quality of deliveries and alignment with SLA.
• Participate in planning and designing technologies to meet the growing needs of the business.
• Safeguard assets by planning and implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures.
• Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by ensuring that information systems staff comply with organizational policies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an IT manager or similar roles.
• Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications (hardware and software).
• Sound understanding of core business applications and vertical solutions.
• Outstanding knowledge of business processes, best practices in production, supply chain, and sales.
• Experience in system analysis and design, and ERP implementation experience will be a plus.
• Experience in identifying business KPIs and implementing managerial dashboards through Business Intelligence.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, Comfortable managing and leading a team.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in IT or related fields.
