Oversee all technology operations (infrastructure, business application, and data analytics) and evaluate them according to established goals.
Devise and establish IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by the Group IT Director.
Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs.
Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.
Identify the need for upgrades, configurations, or new systems and report to upper management.
Coordinate and supervise IT experts, technicians, and other professionals to provide guidance and direction.
Manage IT budget and track the expenditure to efficiently implement the maintenance and development of IT infrastructure and business solutions.
Manage IT suppliers and ensure the quality of deliveries and alignment with SLA.
Participate in planning and designing technologies to meet the growing needs of the business.
Safeguard assets by planning and implementing disaster recovery and backup procedures and information security and control structures.
Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by ensuring that information systems staff comply with organizational policies.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an IT manager or similar roles.
Experience in analysis, implementation, and evaluation of IT systems and their specifications (hardware and software).
Sound understanding of core business applications and vertical solutions.Outstanding knowledge of business processes, and best practices in production, supply chain, and sales.
Experience in system analysis and design, and ERP implementation experience will be a plus.
Experience in identifying business KPIs and implementing managerial dashboards through Business Intelligence.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills, comfortable managing and leading a team.
