Job Description

Sales Support and Operations Supervision:

  • Perform all necessary activities related to sales and support of the CEO's direct customers.
  • Advise customers on transportation methods and related details to improve service delivery.
  • Inquire about prices of loads and projects and notify management.
  • Support customers and inform them of the status of loads and projects.
  • Help resolve key customer ambiguities by providing documentation and logical reasoning in order to achieve customer satisfaction.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Follow up on customer payments and maintain positive business relationships.
  • Attend marketing meetings with the CEO to introduce the company's services.

Market Development and Business Growth:

  • Market new customers introduced by the CEO to create new business opportunities.
  • Send transportation inquiries to agents and brokers to secure optimal prices and services.
  • Participate in meetings with the CEO and his assistant to meet with new and existing customers in order to expand the business.

Operational, Financial and Administrative Coordination:

  • Receive and review debit, credit notes and financial transactions related to corporate clients.
  • Provide advice to the Operations and Finance team on the CEO and corporate clients.

Reporting and Coordination:

  • Provide weekly reports to the CEO on ongoing bookings, process details and customer interactions.
  • Report daily events, administrative activities, customer meetings and financial updates to the CEO.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Strong experience in managing key accounts, sales and operations in the transportation or logistics sector.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage financial transactions and customer accounts effectively.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring ability to guide and coordinate other teams involved in the project.
