We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced legal manager to join our team in the Oil and Gas industry. As a legal manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, protecting the organization's interests, and providing legal guidance to various departments within the company. Responsibilities:

  • Review and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies, to protect the company's interests.
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to management and other departments on a wide range of legal issues
  • Identify potential legal risks and develop proactive measures to mitigate them
  • Manage and coordinate external legal counsel, including reviewing and approving their work
  • Coordinate and monitor litigation matters, working closely with external counsel when necessary

Requirements:

  • PhD degree in Law.
  • Proven experience working as a legal manager in the Oil and Gas industry or a similar field.
  • In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound legal judgments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex legal matters to non-legal personnel.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards.
