Responsibilities:
Review and draft legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and policies, to protect the company's interests.
Provide legal advice and guidance to management and other departments on a wide range of legal issues
Identify potential legal risks and develop proactive measures to mitigate them
Manage and coordinate external legal counsel, including reviewing and approving their work
Coordinate and monitor litigation matters, working closely with external counsel when necessary
Requirements:
PhD degree in Law.
Proven experience working as a legal manager in the Oil and Gas industry or a similar field.
In-depth knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound legal judgments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex legal matters to non-legal personnel.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong attention to detail and time management skills.
