Job Description
- Develop a business partnering with internal and external stakeholders related to the assigned project.
- Main point of contact for globally preferred suppliers.
- Prepare management with the report of KPIs.
- Find solutions to execute different phases in parallel to reduce the project timeline and overall cost.
- Establish an appropriate link between the production project and manufacturing objectives.
- Track project progress and provide the project Gantt chart.
- Project status reporting.
- Prepare all required documents for audits, finance department queries, etc.
- Ensure risk assessment and safety method statements are applied for all projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 6 or more years of project executive experience.
- Good command of English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills (motivated, patient, and persistent).
- Computer literacy with a specialty in Microsoft Project.
- Passed project managing courses is an advance.
- Experience in piping, machinery installation, boiler, and water treatment (ability to do project work).
- Basic design knowledge of mechanical engineering.
- Microsoft Excel - Advanced.
- Microsoft Project - Intermediate.
