Maintenance Engineer

Job Description

The incumbent of this job is responsible for the management of repairs and maintenance in the production lines and is also responsible for the mechanical and electrical workshop, planning, and following up the maintenance programs.

Responsibilities:

• Update and control the machine maintenance program, track the running machine and its parts, and reflect the latest loading level of the machine for the best planning of machine maintenance.
• Follow up on maintenance activities ensure that all maintenance steps are carried out correctly, and communicate with the production, and quality team to improve the performance of the device.
• Report technical, and quality issues and spare parts, before, during, and after maintenance to carry out corrective actions.
• Follow up on unit service related to making and packing machines and providing relevant spare parts.
• Participate in IWS meetings to support production lines in the set of maintenance tasks and related analyses.
• Plan the maintenance budget based on the annual production plan.
• Create and update all maintenance documents, process identification, and ISO forms.
