Job Description
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Preparing the annual budget for the technical and engineering department
• Coordinating, supervising, controlling, and directing activities within the technical unit covering mechanics, electricity, and installations
• Planning machinery repair and maintenance, supervising both periodic preventive maintenance (PM) and emergency repairs (EM)
• Compiling a list of line control equipment and instruments, scheduling and conducting their periodic calibration to ensure accurate performance
• Ensuring preventive and corrective actions are taken promptly in case of non-compliance, following up to resolve issues and prevent recurrence within the technical and engineering unit
• Guaranteeing that all activities adhere to the prescribed instructions and procedures within the technical and engineering unit according to the established timelines
• Complying strictly with HSE principles and procedures
• Adhering to GMP and HACCP standards
Requirements:
Education:
Minimum bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering .
Experience:
• Minimum age of 35 years
• 7 years of relevant work experience,
• Full command of English
• Proficiency in working with computers
• Mastery of management principles
• Mastery of the principles of repair and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and

• Extensive knowledge of Juice processing equipment, high speed filling and packaging machinery, control systems including design and development of automated machinery.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, systems, and technologies relevant to the industry
• Ability to plan, execute, and oversee technical projects from start to end
• Experience in leading and mentoring engineering teams effectively
• Strong analytical thinking and decision-making skills for resolving complex technical issues
• Ability to analyze workflows and implement improvements for efficiency and quality
• Experience managing project budgets and resources
• Ability to drive technical innovation and stay updated with new technologies
