We are seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance manager to join our dynamic team at Atoor Refractories, a leading refractory producer. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment, contributing to our commitment to quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance department, managing a team of engineers and technicians.
Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability and performance.
Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance and repairs of refractory production equipment.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and minimize downtime.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate reports for management.
Conduct regular assessments of equipment and facilities, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3 years of managerial experience, preferably in an industrial, or manufacturing environment.
Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
