Maintenance Supervisor

Job Description

• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Oversee the maintenance team and provide technical guidance and support.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of machinery and facilities to identify maintenance needs.
• Plan and coordinate equipment repairs, upgrades, and installations.
• Monitor equipment downtime and implement corrective actions to minimize production disruptions.
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials for maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance operations.
• Prepare maintenance reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

• Expertise in drawing P&ID with AUTOCAD.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of machinery, equipment, and industrial systems.
• Proficiency in Turkish or English.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians.
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and reliability-centered maintenance principles.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to maintenance activities.
