Strategic Plant Management: Develop and implement long-term strategies to improve plant performance, production, and productivity.
Oversee Daily Operations: Manage all production, maintenance, supply, and quality processes to ensure optimal and uninterrupted operation of the production line.
Leading Different Teams: Lead and coordinate between different teams including production, maintenance, supply, quality, and human resources to achieve common goals.
Process Development and Improvement: Design and implement efficient processes in different parts of the plant to increase productivity and reduce costs.
Parts Management and Procurement: Oversee the purchase of parts and equipment from domestic and foreign suppliers, and negotiations to obtain the best quality and price.
Inventory and Warehouse Control: Manage spare parts and raw materials in such a way that no defects are created in the production line.
Oversee Quality Control Systems: Ensure quality standards at all stages of production and continuous improvement.
Analysis: Prepare and submit monthly and annual reports of plant performance, analyze data, and make recommendations to senior management for key decisions.
Project Management: Manage new projects and infrastructure improvements, and collaborate with technical and engineering teams for timely projects.
Requirements:
Master's or PhD degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, or other related fields.
At least five years of work experience in plant operations management and strategy, preferably in the manufacturing or building materials industry.
