About the department:

The market access department at Novo Nordisk Iran is based in Tehran and plays a crucial role in ensuring our innovative therapies reach patients who need them. Our team is dedicated to developing and implementing effective reimbursement strategies and programs. We work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, closely engaging with payers, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to navigate the evolving reimbursement landscape. The position:

As market access manager, you will:

  • Monitor and assess the market access landscape, including healthcare reform changes, industry responses, and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) developments.
  • Provide judicious guidance to integrate market access perspectives into therapeutic area development and business resolutions.
  • Develop market intelligence through research and advisory boards to inform strategic initiatives.
  • Possess specialized expertise in market access, pricing models, and value communication, while providing leadership and coaching to the team.
  • Collaborate with Health Economics/Outcomes Research (HEOR) and the pricing function within the team.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Health Economics, Public Health, Science, or Pharmacy, or in any relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of successful experience in a pharmaceutical background or FMCG.
  • Previous experience with the development and execution of reimbursement submissions to payers and HTA bodies.
  • Strong communication skills within public-centered organizations.
  • Full working proficiency in both oral and written English is essential.
