Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and organize the marketing department to achieve company goals.
Collaborate in defining the marketing strategy and ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
Work closely with other departments to develop and control the marketing budget.
Plan, execute, and optimize promotional campaigns to drive growth and increase brand awareness.
Coordinate marketing efforts with sales activities to maximize impact and reach.
Define and oversee digital marketing strategies and direct their execution.
Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, continuously measuring and optimizing results.
Oversee brand management for main brands and sub-brands, ensuring consistent messaging and positioning.
Identify new product opportunities and develop strategies to meet customer needs.
Conduct and present competitor analyses and market research to inform strategic decisions.
Monitor customer sentiment regarding products and services and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing management, with a strong track record of success.
Master’s degree in Business Management, Executive Management, Industrial Engineering, or an MBA degree.
Strong analytical skills, project management capabilities, and ability to use market research for informed decision-making.
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and control of marketing expenses.
