Job Description

  • Determining the overall strategy of the marketing unit.
  • Checking Instagram influencers, selecting and negotiating for cooperation.
  • Reviewing ideas and advertising campaigns implemented among similar international brands and optimizing their successful examples for implementation in Iran.
  • Reviewing the sales situation of the brand, analyzing the strengths and weaknesses, and providing a suitable solution for the sales team.
  • Examining the need for advertising tools of sales points in terms of type amount and designing and preparing them using new ideas.
  • Analyzing consumer behavior in social networks related to the brand, running campaigns related to product consumption experience, and presenting ideas and solutions to produce new products or changes in existing products.
  • Monitoring the process of advertising activities and the progress of affairs in social networks.
  • Preparing the text of the complete catalog and brochure of brand products and supervising its design.
  • Designing special Instagram campaigns.
  • Online campaign analysis.

Requirements

  • Ideal age range: 30 to 45 years old.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, or an MBA graduate.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • Experience and ability to manage a marketing team.
  • Ability to plan work effectively to achieve goals on time.
  • Fluent in marketing reporting tools (Google Adwords, Google Analytics, etc.).
  • Knowledge of video marketing and influence marketing.
  • Fluent in social media marketing specifically Instagram.
  • Familiar with the startup and business environment.
