Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic marketing manager to lead our marketing team and drive the growth of our brand. This is a key leadership role that requires a creative thinker with a proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Manage, develop, and lead the multidivisional marketing teams, providing on and off-the-field guidance and support to respective divisional sales teams in achieving their sales objectives with robust and innovative strategies and brand-building activities.
  • Design and create innovative marketing collaterals and inputs for the promotion of the brands across all channels and ensuring consistency in communication besides ensuring effective utilization of such marketing tools.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and suggest NPD ideas.
  • Manage the marketing budget to maximize ROI and achieve cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate and work closely with cross-functional teams such as distribution, sales, medico marketing, training, regulatory, product development, design, and HO.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders, agencies, and vendors.
  • Ensure achievement of targeted brand-wise objectives with a key focus on a year-on-year increase in market share to attain a leadership position in the said TC.

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy graduate or postgraduate with an MBA degree.
  • At least 10 to 15 years of experience in marketing in leading pharma companies in Iran, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing practices.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical abilities
  • Advanced level proficiency in MS Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint etc.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English besides Persian.
