Job Description

  • Design, develop, and implement marketing strategies.
  • Manage and develop marketing campaigns (online and offline) and evaluate their performance.
  • Identify and analyze target markets, customer behavior, and global trends in the FMCG industry.
  • Manage marketing budget and analyze Return on Investment (ROI).
  • Develop and manage the marketing team, monitor member performance, and optimize processes.
  • Develop marketing strategies and plans based on the organization's goals.
  • Familiar with the capillary sales and distribution system.
  • Collaborate with the production and sales team to align marketing strategies.
  • Interact with public relations regarding content production.

Requirements:

  • At least five years of experience in marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of branding, advertising, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Analytical thinking and proficient in market analysis and data-driven tools such as CRM and BI.
  • Familiar with global trends.
  • High public relations.
