Job Description

Job Purpose:

Follow-up, monitoring, and reporting in spare parts manufacturing for production machines through coordination with production cells, maintenance engineers, and spare parts engineers. He is also responsible for identifying the needs of the production unit, inspecting and confirming receiving parts, specifications of parts and drawings, and the life of materials and products.

Areas of Responsibility:

  • Extraction of manufacturing drawings related to the machinery spare parts.
  • Analysis of the required spare parts for production and coordination with the production teams to order and prioritize them.
  • Evaluation of manufactured and purchased parts and their adaptation to the production needs. project management through planning, design, and implementation of training, as well as providing continuous feedback to the production team.
  • Material analysis and use of spare parts in the process of manufacturing and use in machines.
  • Follow-up of ERFs related to maintenance and repair and close communication with the maintenance engineer for all activities related to the manufacture of spare parts.
  • Follow up the outputs of the production cells to manufacture and supply parts.
  • Cooperation with spare parts engineer to supply electrical and mechanical parts and update requests.

Candidate Profile:

Education:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Work Experience and Competence:

  • At least three years of experience in industrial factories related to spare parts supply.
  • Work experience in the fields of drawing industrial parts and CAD/CAM software.
  • Getting to know the science of materials and their application in the field of manufacturing and supplying spare parts.

Languages, Computer, and Functional Skills:

  • Sufficient knowledge of English (writing, listening, and speaking).
  • Sufficient knowledge of MS Office skills (Excel, Access, and PP).
  • Enough analytical skills, leadership, structured and results-driven way of working- being result-oriented and get things done.
