The mission of this position is supervising the effective visits of medical representatives to healthcare centers to ensure better introduction and recommendation of the product, ultimately leading to increased product sales.
Roles:
Leading a team of medical representatives to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Supervising product sample distribution to doctors by medical representatives.
Collecting data related to consumers.
Holding regular meetings with medical associations and KOLs (related to each brand’s products) to establish ongoing collaboration, stay informed about scientific and medical events, and ensure regular participation.
Conducting scientific and commercial negotiations for congress and conference sponsorship, as well as validating their credibility (number of attendees, target audience, and costs).
Taking necessary actions for presentations in webinars, seminars, gatherings, and congresses to establish effective connections.
Monitoring competitors’ status in the field and staying updated on their developments to plan future strategies and prepare monthly competitor reports.
Designing and participating in the implementation of programs that encourage healthcare professionals (HCPs) to recommend the company’s products to boost sales.
Analyzing the supervised region’s situation for future planning and providing necessary reports.
Participating in the annual budgeting process for medical marketing activities.
Conducting double visits (accompanying scientific representatives) to monitor medical marketing activities and ensure work quality.
Planning visit routes for medical representatives based on the existing schedule.
Optimizing resource and personnel allocation to achieve targets and efficiently utilize promotional materials (brochures, gifts, posters, gift cards, purchased equipment) to advance company objectives.
