Job Description

  • Effective Visit Planning: Accurately planning each region's visits to optimize time and fully cover doctors and pharmacists.
  • Regular Visits: Regularly visiting doctors and pharmacies to check product inventory.
  • Sales Management: Managing and implementing product sales programs.
  • Product Knowledge: Complete mastery of product information to accurately answer questions and provide comprehensive explanations.
  • Sales Growth: Trying to maximize sales and achieve the goals set in the relevant region.
  • Problem-Solving: Addressing and resolving any potential problems with doctors and pharmacists in the covered region.
  • Market Research: Reviewing and analyzing market demand and providing periodic reports to the company.
  • Inventory Control: Visiting doctors and pharmacies to ensure product availability.
  • Attending Meetings: Actively attending daily and weekly company meetings and training programs.
  • Reporting: Preparing accurate reports of daily performance and activities.
  • Communication with Experts: Communicating and collaborating with experts and influential people in the medical field and receiving feedback from them.
  • Identifying Opportunities: Identifying and exploiting existing business opportunities in the region.
  • Collaboration: Collaborating effectively with the marketing team to implement programs and achieve marketing goals.
  • Reporting to Superiors: Providing periodic reports to the regional sales manager.

Requirements:

  • Residence: A resident of one of the regions of Tehran.
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Personality: Extroverted, persuasive, and negotiation skills.
  • Sales Skills: Excellent sales and customer relations skills.
  • Personal Characteristics: Self-confidence, perseverance, patience, and high motivation.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and planning skills.
  • Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changes and different work conditions.
  • Teamwork Spirit: Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing: Familiarity with the principles and techniques of sales and marketing.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel software and mathematical calculations.
  • Ethical Characteristics: Disciplined, persistent, and committed.
  • English knowledge: Sufficient proficiency in English.
