Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Answer and direct phone calls and handle inquiries.
  • Maintain and manage filing systems, both electronic and paper-based.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and documentation.
  • Provide support to the executive team and other staff members as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
