Job Description

  • Follow up on matters assigned by managers until results are achieved and timely reporting.
  • Sett appointments.
  • Respond to all internal and external calls.
  • Perform all secretarial and administrative duties.
  • Archive official company letters and distribute emails, correspondence notes, letters, faxes, and forms.
  • Prioritize workload.
  • Plan managers' meetings and provide accurate information.
  • Categorize and archive documents and letters.
  • Plan, coordinate, and prepare reports and documentation.
  • Coordinate administrative duties with customers and company employees.
  • Monitor the company's public space, including employees and guests.
  • Working hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.

Requirements:

  • Gender preference: Female. 
  • At least three years of work experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Internet.
  • Familiarity with applications.
  • Ability to multitask within deadlines.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and public relations skills.
  • Strong sense of responsibility.
  • High energy level and flexibility.
  • Ability to work in a team and have a passion for learning.
