Job Description:

  • Answering telephone calls.
  • Managing archive and document filing systems.
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Supporting daily office and clerical activities.
  • Preparing and editing reports and documents using Excel.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using Excel.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize activities.
