Job Description

  • Office Management - Organizing and supervising daily office processes.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination - Organizing and managing internal and external meetings.
  • Document and Archive Management - Maintaining, sorting, and archiving documents and reports.
  • Communications - Responding to calls, emails, and various requests.
  • Manager Support - Assisting managers in carrying out administrative tasks, planning and scheduling.
  • Office Supply Management - Procuring and managing required office supplies and equipment, payroll, etc.
  • Monitoring and following up on daily tasks - Following up on various office tasks and projects from sales experts and reporting to managers.

Notes:

  • Direct Manager: Sales and marketing manager. 
  • Probation period: 1 Month.
  • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 8 am to 5 pm.
  • Travel Requirements: Almost None.
  • Benefits: Depending on effort and periodic evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Education - At least a diploma or bachelor's degree in Administrative Management, Business Management, or other related fields.
  • Work experience - At least one to two years of work experience in office, administrative, or support fields.
  • Software skills - Proficient in office software such as Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel) and email management programs.
  • Communication skills - Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and customers.
  • English language proficiency - Fluent in English at the level of conversation and writing for managing emails.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail - Ability to manage documents and archives with high accuracy.
  • Organizational skills - Ability to plan and manage time effectively.
  • Motivation and discipline - Having a team spirit, high motivation, and ability to do multiple tasks simultaneously.
