Benchmarking and reviewing the organizational structure of top companies in the FMCG field.
Designing or re-engineering the organizational structure based on the processes and needs of relevant managers.
Designing the chain of command in organizational units and its implementation.
Centralizing and decentralizing the amount of authority at the level of the entire group and sub-units.
Identifying the most important factors causing conflict in related units.
Developing RACI matrix to increase coordination between units.
Implementing and deploying the organizational chart in the SAP system.
Identifying and defining job requirements.
Examining various SAP processes.
Examining reference models and up-to-date process frameworks in the world such as APQC, EFQM, ITIL, COBIT, etc.
Identifying processes in interview sessions, field surveys, and focus groups with process owners.
Optimizing the best practices of the industry to examine the gap between the current situation and the desired situation and develop a road map for the implementation of the processes.
Compiling the process value chain (macro map of the processes) and the hierarchical structure of the processes.
Examining interactions between processes to resolve conflicts.
Designing and compiling the process profiles (including inputs, outputs, IT systems, instructions, tools, indicators, etc.).

Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
At least 10 years of experience in related fields and more than five years of managerial experience.
Proficient in designing the organizational structure, job analysis, forms, and instructions.
Proficient in BPMN and process frameworks.
Proficient in how to write documents and documentation.
