Job Description

The ASEP people analysis and total rewards manager is responsible for designing and implementing compensation and management projects of human resource analysis projects. This role helps create and maintain service compensation and benefits policies and promotes the efficiency and effectiveness of human resource processes.

Responsibilities :

  • Design compensation packages and benefit programs that align with the company’s strategic plan.
  • Ensure salaries and benefits comply with the current legislation and pay equity.
  • Identify trends and implement new practices to engage and motivate employees.
  • Conduct research on employee satisfaction (e.g. surveys and quantitative methods of data gathering).
  • Renew our compensation plans with monetary and non-monetary benefits based on employee needs.
  • Keep track of prevailing pay rates and make sure we offer competitive compensation plans.
  • Draft job descriptions, job analyses, and classifications.
  • Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization.
  • Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of employee benefit programs.
  • Track compensation and benefits benchmarking data.
  • Lead employee relations inquiries, determine proper channels for resolution, interpret policy, and advocate for employees.
  • Seek continuous improvements in HR policies and evaluate current processes for increased efficiencies.
  • Responsible for the design and activation of global/local reward strategies and solutions to attract, motivate, and retain employees through competitive, exciting, relevant, and cost-effective reward solutions.
  • Ensure (through relevant audits and reporting) that total reward solutions are compliant with internal-process standards.
  • Ensure external benchmarking, trend analysis, and competitors' practices review through relevant external networks, and build appropriate recommendations and changes to our practices and policies from these insights.
  • Report to CHRO.

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years of experience majorly in total rewards.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, and MS Office (especially Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software.
  • Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels.
  • Excellent understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems.
  • Great analytical skills.
  • Mastery of labor legislation.
  • Experience with employee satisfaction surveys.
  • Fluent in English.
