About the Role: We're seeking a Marketing Automation & Performance Specialist to execute digital marketing initiatives. You'll implement automation workflows, assist with campaigns, and help improve conversion rates through various marketing tools. We use HubSpot as our main CRM and automation platform, and we provide comprehensive training on it.
Required Knowledge & Skills: - Understanding of marketing automation concepts and tools (like Zapier, Make) - Knowledge of email marketing principles and best practices - Basic understanding of CRM systems and their role in marketing - Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) - Basic understanding of: - Marketing funnels and user journeys - Conversion rate optimization - Marketing metrics and KPIs - A/B testing concepts
What You'll Do: - Execute automation workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, and HubSpot - Help implement email marketing campaigns - Learn and work with HubSpot CRM and automation features - Support advertising campaign setup and optimization - Monitor and report on campaign performance - Help improve conversion rates through testing and optimization
