Achieve sales targets, in the relevant territory on the required basis.
Regular visits to pharmacies to ensure product availability within the territory and escalate problems to managers to keep the company's reputation.
Close collaboration with distributors to ensure product availability.
Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
Resolve customer (pharmacy) complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
Take orders over the phone, Internet, or through email.
Monitor distributor sales forces and communicate with them as a daily task.
Meet call targets while focusing on top customers (usually the best or most influential pharmacies within the territory).
NOTE:
The interview process with the shortlisted candidates will be started from early OCT 2024 onwards.
Requirements
Familiar with pharmacies and pharmaceutical distribution models and ways of working.
Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing, or Nutrition.
