Planning Manager

Job Description

Key Tasks:

Order Planning and Management:

• Formulate optimal plans for orders and inventory of raw materials, according to branch demand.
• Coordinate with production and distribution teams to ensure timely supply of orders.

Analysis and Prediction:

• Analyze sales and demand data to forecast needs.
• Provide detailed reports and suggestions to management to improve processes.

Communication and Coordination:

• Interact with suppliers, warehouses, and branches to coordinate the supply chain.
• Establish and maintain effective communication with internal and external teams.

Crisis Management:

• Identify and solve supply chain problems in emergencies.
• Provide creative solutions to face challenges.

Requirements:

• Ability to manage time and organize.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Team spirit and effective leadership.
• Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing conditions.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the food or beverage industry.
• Proficiency with specialized software such as SAP, advanced Excel, or Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.
• Good command of English.
