About the role:

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Planning Manager to develop and maintain robust planning processes that drive organizational success. In this role, you will analyze data, collaborate with diverse teams, monitor timelines and budgets, and contribute to both short-term and long-term strategies. By identifying risks, providing actionable insights, and staying ahead of industry trends, you’ll play a key role in shaping the organization’s future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive planning processes to support organizational objectives.
  • Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify planning needs and provide insights.
  • Monitor project timelines and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate planning outcomes.
  • Assist in the development of long-term strategies and short-term operational plans.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in planning and management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is preferred).
  • +5 years of experience in planning, project management, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in [relevant software/tools, e.g., Excel].
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
