Job Description

  • Setting up files for calculating commissions, promotions, etc.
  • Preparing daily reports (daily sales, goal achievement, distribution, etc.).
  • Preparing case reports (purchase behavior analysis reports, basket analysis, performance, etc.).
  • Formulating and analyzing monthly goals.
  • Preparing monthly production requests and monitoring their implementation.
  • Weekly and monthly sales forecasts.
  • Determining and preparing the product order point.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement in sales processes.

Cooperation Conditions:

  • Direct manager: Chief marketing and sales manager.
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • Working hours and days: Saturday to Wednesday from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm.
  • Travel requirements: limited.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in analyzing and processing sales data, and distributing and evaluating data.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Proficient in Power BI.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail, and high accuracy.
