Regulatory Alignment: Continuously monitor legal and compliance requirements (e.g., Central Bank, Shaparak, Nahaab) and ensure full alignment of the product with relevant regulations.
User & Financial Behavior Analysis: Leverage transactional data, user behavior, and financial trends to enhance user experience and drive customer retention.
Secure & Intuitive UX Design: Translate complex financial processes into simple, secure, and user-friendly experiences with a focus on transparency and trust-building.
End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product journey from market research and development to launch, monitoring, and ongoing optimization.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, support, marketing, and sales teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution across stakeholders.
Requirements:
Strong Understanding of Financial Services: In-depth knowledge of payment systems, KYC, identity verification, credit risk, and digital banking workflows.
Familiarity with Legal & Compliance Frameworks: Solid grasp of regulations and frameworks such as PSP, PISP, KYC/AML, Open Banking, GDPR, etc.
Analytical & Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude, with the ability to extract actionable insights.
Product Management Tools Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, prototyping, and documentation platforms.
System Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to comprehend complex product architectures and propose tech-product solutions tailored to market needs.
Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, particularly in agile and fast-paced environments.
