Product Manager

Job Description

The product manager in our organization is someone who defines market and product requirements in different product releases. This role is in close contact with sales managers, quality control, design and engineering, development supervisors, product architects and key customers. A strong technical context is required for this role.

In this job, you should:

• Participate in the idea of new products in the preparation of a business case.
• Order new products for the group production unit based on the customer's demands and needs in the form of appropriate models, such as the business model.
• Review and analyze the requirements.
• Cooperate with the production team with the necessary documents in this field.
• Check out the needs and desires of the existing products.
• Plan for their subsequent versions.
• Check customers' requests to change existing products.
• Take a project of production, monitoring, and taking care of it over time.
• Deliver the product based on the requirements agreed upon.
• Partnership in the preparation of the product supply plan and the implementation of the work.
• Participate in the sales and deployment of a new product for the first few customers according to the supply plan.
• Teach the technical support forces, sales engineering, and marketing for new products.

Task Description:

• Offer improvement strategies to the CEO for the effectiveness of the system.
• Identify the needs and expectations of the beneficiaries in relation to the product.
• Support for developing new products.
• Review the process of reporting and reporting the report to the superiors.
• Coordinate external product audits and presentation of results to the CEO.
• Analyze product measurement results and offer suggestions for improvement.
• Check stakeholder feedback on products.
• Identify product-related problems and provide solutions to improve it.
• Collaborate with the quality control manager to improve product quality.
