This role will be reporting to the Therapeutic Area Head or Business Excellence and Execution Head of Iran.
This role will be responsible for achieving agreed commercial, productivity, and performance targets within a given territory.
Requirements
Educated in relevant disciplines or Life Science degree; or Paramedic/Nursing qualifications.
Proven, successful selling track record (primary and secondary care) - at least 4 to 7 years in a pharma environment.
Knowledge of the pharma industry and its changing environment.
Demonstrable high achiever in the same or other relevant fields.
Effective administration of territory business including, maintenance of high-quality record systems, daily communication with administrative systems, and timely processing of territory business expenses (AV and personal).
Effective communication with territory colleagues and relevant members of other teams e.g., healthcare, and hospital, in order to understand, maximize, and drive territory.
The ability to achieve agreed contact, coverage, and frequency targets through face-to-face meetings and deliver agreed customer-centric activities within operating budget and policies.
Hold outstanding personal and team knowledge, and understanding of priority products, technical information, product strategy, positioning, key messages, and programs.
