Production Manager

Job Description

We seek to hire an experienced production manager to supervise all production activities, with strong safety leadership, for the manufacturing of high-quality products. He/She would also supervise the workers and ensure that other production goals are met.

As a production manager, your job will include the following:

• Supervise the production of products.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies.
• Inspect products and their production process.
• Production planning, production control, and inventory control.
• Analyze generated data to identify and solve problems.
• Motivate the workers in the factory to continuously achieve the goals of the factory.
• Supervise all personnel affairs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a production manager in the automotive industry.
• Deep knowledge of production management.
• Understanding quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Experience in reporting on key production metrics.
• Outstanding communication ability.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach.
