Production Manager

Job Description

• Executing regulation of work in the unit under supervision based on the policies and guidelines determined.
• Planning, coordination, and control of production processes.
• Making decisions and making the necessary arrangements for the full implementation of the prepared plans.
• Monitoring the request and consumption of raw materials in production units.
• Applying the necessary controls to ensure compliance with the established production standards in the production of products.
• Supervising actions and operations related to packing and collecting products and delivering them to the relevant warehouse.
• Coordinating and cooperating with the internal units of the company to advance the affairs and set goals.
• Making the necessary arrangements with the repair unit to minimize the downtime of the devices.
• Participating in managers’ meetings to make the necessary decisions to improve the quality and quantity of production.
• Preparing statistics and analytical reports needed in the field of production affairs.
• Handling personnel affairs of supervised employees.

Requirements:

• Education: Ph.D. in Pharmacy or a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering.
• Experience: At least 3 years of experience as a production manager at a pharmaceutical company.
• Mastering the production of solid products, tablets, and capsules.
• Mastery of Berthollide liquid product and gelatin capsule.
