The Role:
We need a skilled and reliable Project Manager with an IT background who understands the technical nuances of our work. In this role, you’ll lead our diverse portfolio of projects and ensure everything runs smoothly. Clear and confident communication - especially in English- is essential, as you’ll collaborate with our growing international team and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with our goals.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and sales experts.
Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Communicate clearly and effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Identify potential risks and proactively resolve challenges.
Ensure all projects meet high standards of quality and innovation.
Maintain transparency, honesty, and dependability in all interactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a project manager, preferably in tech or cryptocurrency-related industries.
Strong IT background with a good understanding of blockchain and related technologies.
Exceptional communication skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Honest, reliable, and capable of building trust within the team.
