Responsibilities:
Prioritizing projects with the opinion of the CEO and the board of directors of the organization.
Optimizing and reducing project costs in cooperation with project managers.
Supervising the preparation and approval of the project schedule based on the project schedule management manual.
Managing the implementation of the organization's projects with the highest possible quality and speed.
Controlling the compliance of project implementation with the approved schedule and cost based on the project charter.
Supervising the correct documentation of projects and recording the experiences gained from project implementation by project managers.
Determining the budget of each project at the initial stage of the project.
Monitoring the timely issuance/payment, follow-up, elimination of deficiencies and receipt of statements in cooperation with project managers.
Managing and eliminating deficiencies, inconsistencies and problems of projects between project managers and department heads of the project management office.
Forming project teams in cooperation with the project manager and department heads.
Examining the profits and losses of each project and examining the reasons for increasing or decreasing costs.
Requirements:
A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
Mastery of project management concepts and standards.
Mastery of project planning and control concepts.
Familiarity with administrative procedures and principles of correspondence.
Familiarity with contractual and legal concepts.
Mastery of sourcing processes.
Mastery of tender procedures.
Ability to establish relationships with government institutions and agencies and private institutions to advance affairs.
