Job Description

  • Design and implement public relations strategies to enhance brand image and align it with business objectives.
  • Coordinate internal communications between teams and manage communication crises.
  • Oversee brand visual identity across all digital and physical spaces.
  • Manage communication and advertising campaigns, and manage brand presence on social media and website.
  • Collaborate with HR to strengthen employer branding.
  • Promote brand social responsibility (CSR) and build positive relationships with the community and non-profit organizations.
  • Plan and execute joint events and campaigns with business partners.

Requirements:

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least three to five years of work experience in public relations, marketing, or branding.
  • Proven experience in designing and executing public relations campaigns, particularly in the areas of branding, media, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
  • Familiarity with Sam Cafe's brand culture and philosophy and efforts to develop it.
