Design and implement public relations strategies to enhance brand image and align it with business objectives.
Coordinate internal communications between teams and manage communication crises.
Oversee brand visual identity across all digital and physical spaces.
Manage communication and advertising campaigns, and manage brand presence on social media and website.
Collaborate with HR to strengthen employer branding.
Promote brand social responsibility (CSR) and build positive relationships with the community and non-profit organizations.
Plan and execute joint events and campaigns with business partners.
Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
At least three to five years of work experience in public relations, marketing, or branding.
Proven experience in designing and executing public relations campaigns, particularly in the areas of branding, media, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
Familiarity with Sam Cafe's brand culture and philosophy and efforts to develop it.
